SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to close a file on a remote LAN Manager server from Windows NT
3.5 Server Manager or File Manager, one of the following error messages may
appear:

  The parameter is incorrect

  -OR-

  Invalid Parameter

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, use the LAN Manager server to administer the file
resources.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.5. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
