SYMPTOMS
========

As soon as you double-click the title page (splash screen) of any of the
Bookshelf Books after you view a map in the Atlas, you see the following error
message:

  BS94APP caused a general protection fault in BS94.EXE at 0004:5D79

The location of the general protection (GP) fault may also be 0004:5D80.

A similar error occurs under Windows 95:

  This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
  If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

If you expand the details section, you see the following additional information:

  BS94APP caused a general protection fault in module BS94.EXE at
  0004:00005d79.
