SYMPTOMS
========
After you create a custom form (copy of Letter or Legal) for an Epson LQ- 850 or
FX-850 printer in Windows NT, it may not be available in the list of form
names.
CAUSE
=====
This problem occurs if the height value of the paper size changes while the
width value remains the same (or width value is greater than 8.00 inches).
WORKAROUND
==========
To work around this problem, do one of the following:
- Use the Epson LQ-1050 printer driver for printer emulation.
- Change the Width value of the paper size to 8.00 inches or below if you
change the Height value of paper size.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT Workstation and
Server versions 3.51 and 4.0. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
