SYMPTOMS
========

When you print articles from Microsoft Cinemania, the first few words or the
first two lines on the second page may be garbled or in a different font than
you expect.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, follow these steps:

1. Select the text you want to print. Instead of choosing the Print button,
  choose the Copy button.

2. Open any word processor program (such as Microsoft Write).

3. From the word processor's Edit menu, choose Paste to paste the text from
  Cinemania into the word processor.

4. From the word processor's File menu, choose Print. The text you selected is
  printed correctly by the word processor program.

MORE INFORMATION

This problem seems to occur in biographies and documents that contain two or
more pages.

Step to Reproduce Problem
-------------------------

1. Start Cinemania 1995.

2. Choose the Find button at the bottom of the Find dialog box.

3. Select the People category.

4. Type "Stewart, James" (without the quotation marks) and then press ENTER.

5. Choose the Print button.


For more information about using the Copy command in Cinemania, choose Index from
the Help menu and then select the "Copying Displayed Text" topic.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the 1995 edition of Cinemania for
Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
