SYMPTOMS
========
In Creative Writer, when you print a card to a Hewlett Packard (HP) DeskJet 500C
or 550C printer, colored borders may appear as solid green, with the actual
border shapes appearing very faintly underneath the solid green border.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior occurs when you use version 3.0 of the HP DeskJet driver.
RESOLUTION
==========
To correct this problem, upgrade to version 3.1 or later of the HP DeskJet 500C
or 550C driver.
The HP DeskJet 500C and 550C drivers are manufactured by Hewlett Packard, a
