SUMMARY

To successfully install The Ultimate Haunted House and have full functionality,
your computer must meet the following requirements:

- Macintosh LC III (or more advanced system) with a 13-inch (or larger) 640 x
  480 resolution 256-color monitor. (If you start The Ultimate Haunted House on
  a smaller monitor, a warning message indicating the product does not support
  the current screen size is displayed.)

- System 7.0 or later

- QuickTime 1.6.1 or later installed in your Extensions folder

- 8 megabytes (MB) or more of random-access memory (RAM)

- Double-speed CD-ROM drive with a 300 kilobyte/second (or faster)
  data-transfer rate

You can run The Ultimate Haunted House directly from the CD-ROM; however, it
requires that QuickTime version 1.6.1 or later be installed in your Extensions
folder. If this item is not installed on your system, a warning message
informing you that this extension is missing is displayed when you start The
Ultimate Haunted House.

To install QuickTime:

1. Close any applications that are currently open.

2. Locate and open the System Support folder on The Ultimate Haunted House CD.

3. Drag the QuickTime extension to the System Folder on your startup disk. You
  are then asked if you want to place QuickTime in the Extensions folder. Click
  OK.

4. Restart your computer.
