SYMPTOMS
========
When you run Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) 3-channel Mylex SWXCR Raid
Controller Manager (SWXCRMGR.EXE) or Monitor (SWXCRMON.EXE) programs followed by
the Disk Administrator program in Windows NT Server 3.5, the following STOP
message may appear:
STOP: 0x0000000A
WORKAROUND
==========
To work around this problem, run the Disk Administrator program before you run
the SWXCR Raid Controller Manager or Monitor programs. For additional
information, call DEC Technical Support at (800) 354-9000.
