SYMPTOMS
========

Under certain circumstances, windows behind Access 2.0's window, will show
through. One example, is a command window running a batch file while Access is
being invoked.

CAUSE
=====

This is a problem in Access. Access changes the state of its main window to
invisible, expecting no other app to paint during this time.

WORKAROUND
==========

Refresh the screen.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Access version 2.0. We are
researching this problem and will post new information in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
