SYMPTOMS
========

After you invoke Publisher (usually for the first time) the Cue Card and Wizard
dialogs are not painted correctly.

CAUSE
=====

This is caused by a problem in Publisher code. It will be fixed in 32-bit
Publisher 3.0.

RESOLUTION
==========

Close Publisher and re-invoke it.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Publisher. We are researching
this problem and will post new information in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it
becomes available.
