SYMPTOMS
========

When you are printing from Microsoft Bookshelf to a Canon BJ-200 printer, you
can print only once. The second time you try to print, nothing happens. You must
quit and then restart Bookshelf to print anything else.

CAUSE
=====

This problem can occur if you are using the Canon BJ-200 version 1.0 printer
driver.

RESOLUTION
==========

To correct this problem, install version 1.2 of the Canon BJ-200 printer driver.
