SYMPTOMS
========
If you remove the Bookshelf CD while Bookshelf is starting, the following error
message may appear:
Error
An error occurred while loading Microsoft Bookshelf.
Make sure that the Bookshelf CD-ROM disc is in the drive.
If you choose OK (or End The Error Task in the Task List), a general protection
(GP) fault occurs.
NOTE: This also happens if you are using Windows 95.
RESOLUTION
==========
JTo avoid this problem, do not remove the Bookshelf CD while Bookshelf is
starting. It is never a good idea to remove any disk or CD while your computer
is reading it.
