SYMPTOMS
========

If you are using video cards with the Cirrus Logic chipset and Cirrus Logic
video drivers, you may receive an error message similar to the following when
you run the animation or demo in Bookshelf:

  BS94APP caused a GPF in BS94.EXE

CAUSE
=====

These problems may occur if you are using outdated video drivers.

NOTE: This driver problem does not occur in Windows 95.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, do one of the following:

- Contact Cirrus Logic to obtain updated Windows drivers. The current version
  is 1.43. To obtain these drivers, either connect to the Cirrus Logic bulletin
  board service (BBS) at (510) 440-9080, or download them from the IBM Hardware
  forum on CompuServe. For more information, call Cirrus Logic at (510)
  623-8300.

- Contact the manufacturer of your video card for updated drivers.
