Adapter may not be recognized or this STOP message appears:

Memory at 12 was referenced at IRQL 16 for 1 access form 80268000
Address 80269287 has base at 80268000 - ARROW.SYS
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S.
Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. For
