SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the version 3.1d Microsoft Mail for AppleTalk Networks Mail Network
Administrator to clear statistics globally, site passwords are not honored.

CAUSE
=====

If multiple site names are defined with the same name but different passwords
and a Network Manager clears the statistics globally for their site, all servers
that share the same site name will be cleared, regardless of site password.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in 3.1d of Microsoft Mail for
AppleTalk Networks. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
