  No Airport Information is Available for This Flight Area

This occurs when you use a scenery file that does not include airport
information. This will occur with:

- The Flight Simulator Aircraft & Scenery Designer version 4.0 Scenery Disk
  (SAIL.SCN) that ships with Flight Simulator 5.0

- Any .SC1 or .SCN scenery file imported from Flight Simulator 4.0

- Third-party scenery for Flight Simulator 5.0 that does not include airport
  information
