SYMPTOMS
========

An attempt to compile a program using the -Ox and -G5 options may cause the
following error message to be generated:

  fatal error F1001: INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR
  (compiler file '@(#)schedp5u.c:1.0', line 2661)

RESOLUTION
==========

Avoid using the optimization switch -Ox with the -G5 option.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft FORTRAN PowerStation
32, version 1.0. This problem was fixed in FORTRAN PowerStation 32, version 4.0.
