SYMPTOMS
========

Using the generic Super VGA 800 x 600 resolution (or higher) 256-color video
driver in Windows for Workgroups version 3.11 may produce an erratic or
scrambled screen display.

CAUSE
=====

This problem is caused by using a video adapter with 512 kilobytes of video
memory.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, use the generic Super VGA 640 x 480 256-color video
driver.
