SYMPTOMS
========

Versions 3.0 and 3.0b of Microsoft Mail for Windows do not support sending files
with extended characters in the filename through the Windows 3.0 or 3.1 File
Manager.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in version 3.0 and 3.0b of
Microsoft Mail for Windows. The problem was corrected in version 3.2 of
Microsoft Mail for Windows.
