SYMPTOMS
========
Version 3.1 of Microsoft Mail for AppleTalk Networks messages in the Mailbox
appear in a different order than expected.
CAUSE
=====
You may have accidentally chosen a different sort order for the Mailbox by
clicking a column heading in the message summary screen.
RESOLUTION
==========
Click the column heading that represents the category you want to use for the
sort key. For example, click the Received column heading to sort messages in the
order in which they were received, with the most current messages displayed at
the top of the list. Likewise, click the From or Subject column heading to sort
messages alphabetically by the sender's name or the subject, respectively.

hold down the OPTION key and click the appropriate heading.
