SUMMARY

If the vertical scroll bar is missing when you are using MS-DOS Help or MS-DOS
Editor, activate the Scroll Bars option in the QBasic program.
To display the vertical scroll bar correctly, do the following:
1. Run QBASIC.EXE from the MS-DOS command prompt.
2. From the Options menu, choose Display.
3. Under Display Options, select Scroll Bars.
Note: The Scroll Bars option is selected by default.
