SYMPTOMS
========

The Chat application in Windows for Workgroups displays an incorrect shortcut
key for the Status Bar command on the Options menu. The Options menu indicates
the letter "B" is the shortcut key for Status Bar. The actual shortcut key is
the letter "S."

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows for Workgroups version
3.1 and version 3.11. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
