Some flags in the Hammond Atlas that are partially white appear to be missing
their right borders.
In Bookshelf for Windows 1991, the flags that are most noticeable are Illinois,
Indiana, Alabama, Florida, and Massachusetts.
In Bookshelf for Windows 1992, the flags that are most noticeable are Florida and
Alabama.
