SUMMARY

If your computer makes a beeping sound randomly when you are running Windows, or
if Windows stops responding (hangs), and you are loading Microsoft Anti-Virus,
you need to load VSafe Manager (MWAVTSR.EXE).

VSafe Manager is a Windows-based terminate-and-stay-resident (TSR) program
designed to allow bidirectional communication with VSafe. For more information
on VSafe Manager, query on the following words in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
