SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the WinStar Graphics Accelerator (manufactured by Chem Company)
either with Windows or Windows for Workgroups version 3.1, you may experience
display problems while using the standard Windows VGA video driver. These
problems may include a "fuzzy" display, and a black box around the mouse cursor.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem

- Use the drivers included with the video board.

  -or-

- Contact the board manufacturer to request a hardware upgrade.
