SYMPTOMS
========
When you run Microsoft Windows or Windows for Workgroups Setup to change your
Windows configuration, Help is not available from the Help menu "How To Use
Help" command. Choosing "How To Use Help" results in Windows Help opening and
closing quickly.
STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at
the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new
