SUMMARY

You cannot use Windows Sound System Voice Pilot to issue voice commands at the
MS-DOS command prompt or with any MS-DOS applications running under Windows.
This is true for both full screen and windowed display modes.
The microphone button on Voice Pilot is disabled whenever an MS-DOS application
is executed. Switching back to a Windows application re-enables the microphone
button on Voice Pilot.
