SUMMARY
=======
When you open a Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows presentation in PowerPoint for

Windows, you receive a warning message. The text of this message varies
depending on which version of PowerPoint you are using to open the presentation
file. This article lists some of the warning messages you may encounter.
NOTE: If you want to take a PowerPoint 2.x presentation across platform, you must
use the Apple File Exchange utility along with the Microsoft PowerPoint
Translator for Apple File Exchange. This utility changes a Macintosh PowerPoint
2.x file into a Windows PowerPoint 2.x file, and a Windows PowerPoint 2.x file
into a Macintosh PowerPoint 2.x file. This utility cannot be used with
