SYMPTOMS
========
When you print from Microsoft Windows to an Epson FX-86e using version 1.0 of
the Epson FX-86e driver, you receive unreadable ("garbage") output if your
printer is in IBM emulation mode.
RESOLUTION
==========
There are two possible solutions:
- Change DIP switches 1 through 4 on the printer to the OFF position. This
takes the printer out of IBM emulation mode.
-or-
- Install and use the Epson FX-80 printer driver.
