SUMMARY
=======

Earlier versions of Dr. Watson (DRWATSON.EXE) may cause various problems, such
as general protection (GP) faults or system hangs, under Microsoft Windows 3.1.

NOTE: Dr. Watson is included in Windows versions 3.1 and 3.11 and Windows for
Workgroups version 3.1. It is not included with Windows 3.0 or Windows for
Workgroups 3.11. Earlier versions of Dr. Watson were shipped with version 1.x of
the Windows Resource Kit and were also available from Microsoft Product Support
as an Application Note.

Make sure you are using the version 0.80 of Dr. Watson that ships with Windows
3.1. To determine the version of Dr. Watson you are using:

1. Start Dr. Watson.

2. Choose the Dr. Watson icon from the Desktop.

3. Press ENTER.

The version of Dr. Watson currently running will be displayed in the Windows
title bar.
