SYMPTOMS
========

You have a Sysgen Bridge Tape Backup and your system stops responding (hangs)
after you install MS-DOS 5.0 and later

CAUSE
=====

According to Sysgen Inc., version 2.08 or later of the Sysgen Bridge Tape Backup
is required for full compatibility with MS-DOS 5.0 and later.

Use of earlier versions may cause system hangs or lockups.

RESOLUTION
==========

The Sysgen Bridge Tape Backup upgrade may be obtained from Sysgen technical
support.
