SYMPTOMS
========

If you try to access Help in the Microsoft Windows Registration Editor
(REGEDIT.EXE), the selection How To Use Help does not function when you press H
or select it with a mouse.

WORKAROUND
==========

You can select How To Use Help from any other Windows application.

Windows Registration Editor (REGEDIT.EXE) has a built-in online Help selection
that you can activate by pressing ALT+H or choosing the Help menu. The menu
contains the following selections:

  Contents
  Search For Help On
  How To Use Help
  About Registration Editor

If you select How To Use Help, WINHELP.EXE loads, appears on the screen, then
unloads and disappears from the screen as if it was never loaded.
