SYMPTOMS
========

When you try to run the Pentax IQ Scanner in Microsoft Windows version 3.0
enhanced mode, you receive the following error message:

  In zone definition height too large.

CAUSE
=====

According to Pentax technical support, the Pentax IQ Scanner does not run in
Windows 3.0 enhanced mode. Pentax tested the scanner successfully in both
standard and real mode.

WORKAROUND
==========

Run Windows in either standard or real mode when you use the Pentax IQ Scanner
