Using HIMEM.SYS version 2.50 with Orchid 386/25 motherboards with the
caching controllers can cause the following error message:

   Cannot enable A20!

Orchid Technology has verified that this is a problem with the PAL
chip on these motherboards. Customers who are experiencing this
problem should call Orchid Technology at (415) 683-0300 for an update
of their PAL chip. Please have the revision of the motherboard on hand
when calling.
