NMAKE: Avoiding Out-of-Memory Condition Under DOS

- If you experience difficulties using NMAKE with memory-intensive
makefiles under DOS, you can use the alternate program NMK.COM. For
further information about NMK, type NMK /HELP at the operating
system prompt.
