CodeView: New Start-Up Switches
-------------------------------

/K     Disable keyboard monitor installation (OS/2) or disable hooking
       of the keyboard interrupt (DOS). See online help for further
       details.

/TSF   Disable or enable the reading of the CodeView state file,
       depending on the setting of the Statefileread switch in
       TOOLS.INI. The CodeView state file restores breakpoints,
       windows, and other parameters from the last debugging session.
