SUMMARY

The Microsoft Mail Form Designer utility requires Apple's HyperCard program.

With Mail version 2.0, use HyperCard version 1.2.2 or 1.2.5. The 2.0 Form
Designer is not compatible with HyperCard version 2.x.

With Mail version 3.0, use HyperCard versions 1.2.2, 1.2.5, 2.0, or 2.1. With
HyperCard version 2.0 or 2.1, Form Designer 3.0a is recommended. For a
description of the differences in Form Designer 3.0a, query on the following
