Q41003: Missing Options in QuickBASIC 4.50 Editor without Full Menus

In the QB.EXE editor in QuickBASIC Version 4.50, the following items
are not available when Full Menus are not selected:

1. Under the File menu:

   Merge...
   Save
   SaVe All
   Create File...
   Load File...
   Unload File...
   DOS Shell

2. Under the Edit menu:

   Undo
   Clear
   New SUB...
   New FUNCTION...

3. Under the View menu:

   Next SUB
   Split
   Next Statement
   Output Screen
   Included File

4. Under the Search menu:

   Selected Text
   Repeat Last Find
   Label...

5. Under the Run menu:

   Modify COMMAND$...
   Make Library...
   Set Main Module...

6. Under the Debug menu:

   Watchpoint...
   Delete All Watch
   Trace On
   History On
   Break on Errors
   Set Next Statement

7. The entire Calls menu

8. Under the Options menu:

   Right Mouse...
   Syntax Checking

In addition to the above items, the following options do not appear on
certain menu items:

1. Under (File) Print:

   All Modules

2. Under (View) Subs:

   Edit in Split
   Move

3. Under (Search) Find and (Search) Change:

   Active Window
   Current Module
   All Module

4. Under (Run) Make EXE File...:

   EXE requiring BRUN45
   Stand-Alone EXE
