If you are using the IBM PS/2 mouse port for your mouse, please be
sure to select IBM PS/2 when selecting a pointing device during the
Windows Version 1.04 installation.

   Selecting the Microsoft mouse when using the IBM PS/2 mouse port
will not give you mouse control in Windows Version 1.04.
