To create a stamp substitute, follow these steps:
1. Open or create your envelope or postcard document.
2. On the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click to select Drawing.
3. On the Drawing toolbar, click the Text Box drawing icon.
Click OK if you receive the following message:
This action requires that you be in page layout view. Do you want to switch
to page layout view now?
4. In the upper-right area of the envelope or postcard, draw a text box to
represent the stamp substitute.
If desired, while the text box is still selected, click to select (or change)
a Line Style from the Drawing toolbar.
5. Type the appropriate text into the stamp text box.
NOTE: You can adjust the position of the stamp box by selecting and dragging the
text box to a new position on the envelope or postcard.
