SUMMARY
=======

In Windows, the CreatePen() and CreatePenIndirect() calls only allow the
creation of a pen with predefined styles (for example, solid, dash, and dot). It
is not possible to create a pen with a unique style. The only styles available
are the stock pens and styles provided with Windows.
