SYMPTOMS
========

If there are a large number of Outlook Web Access (OWA) users, an Internet
Information Server (IIS) computer may crash and generate the following stack:

CAUSE
=====

This issue can occur because there is a issue in the Cdo.dll file.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server 5.5.
