SYMPTOMS
========

When you stop and restart an APPC printer session, the printer session may
remain in a Pending status.

CAUSE
=====

The SNA Server Print server does not issue a TP_ENDED when the session is
stopped. Therefore, the AS/400 writer is still active.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft SNA Server version 4.0
SP3.
