SYMPTOMS
========

When you play Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000 on a Microsoft Windows NT
4.0-based computer, the computer may stop responding or you may receive an error
message on a blue screen.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3 is installed on the
computer.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, obtain and install Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 or
later.

You can download the latest Windows NT 4.0 service pack from the following
Microsoft Web site:

  http://www.microsoft.com/ntserver/Default.asp

STATUS
