SYMPTOMS
========

When multiple users are running programs with a lot of clipboard activity, a
computer running Windows NT 4.0 may display a blue-screen error message with
STOP 0x1E in Win32k.sys.

CAUSE
=====

This problem occurs because of a stress failure in Win32k.sys, which is caused
when a clipboard message times out.

RESOLUTION
==========

Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT Server
4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, please see the
