SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to install a Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 5si network printer by
connecting directly to the network share, you may receive the following error
message:

  This printer cannot be installed now because its driver <driver name>
  could not be loaded. The driver or the INF file may be damaged. Restart
  Windows, and then try again.

CAUSE
=====

The printer driver for the Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 5si does not support Point
and Print.

RESOLUTION
==========

Contact Hewlett-Packard for information concerning a possible driver upgrade.
