SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the Find By Word feature, you may receive the following error
message:

  No articles were found containing "<your word>".

  Make sure you have spelled the word correctly. Or try turning on or off the
  "Search article text instead of article titles".

  If you want to find a different word, click Start Over.

As you type the word, the error message repeats as you delete or insert each
character.

CAUSE
=====

The Keyboard Repeat Delay option is set to Long.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, do the following:

1. Click on Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click the Keyboard icon.

3. On the Speed tab, set the Repeat Delay option to Short.

  NOTE: By default, the Speed tab is in the foreground.

4. Click Apply and then OK.
